My wife and I visited Buco Pizzeria & Vino Bar Windermere for a quiet dinner on a Wednesday night, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Arriving around 8 PM, we found the restaurant pleasantly uncrowded, making for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. One of the highlights of the night was their half-priced wine special. While the selection isn’t vast, the wines they offer are well-chosen and pair beautifully with their dishes. We ordered the lasagna and cannelloni—both were outstanding! The flavors were rich, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the portions were satisfying. Service was another strong point. The staff was very polite, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The overall ambiance, combined with great food and good wine, made for a delightful evening. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great Italian dining experience in Windermere!

Had dinner here to celebrate my belated birthday with a close friend, and everything (from the food to the service) was amazing. Our server (who I believe was also the manager or owner) greeted us warmly and took our order without rushing us. Throughout the meal, he checked in/walked by to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our food, all without being intrusive or interrupting our conversation. They were quick with making and serving our food; my friend and I were both pleasantly surprised. The pizzas were delicious. I had the 4 Formaggi, which was the perfect balance of savoury and sweet. The gluten friendly crust was great.The staff helped celebrate both a grandfather’s birthday and mine with such genuine warmth- it felt very special and sincere. The server took my gluten intolerance into account for the birthday dessert as well which was sweet of him. Parking was easy to find, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Overall, I’d highly recommend this spot for dinner, no matter what occasion you’re celebrating. It’s a great local Italian restaurant with great vibes.

Best Italian restaurant in Edmonton, and the best Italian pizza the city has to offer. Even the server was 100% great food and drinks I will be returning. The pizza was flamed to perfection.

The most Italian pizza in Canada so far! My Italian husband recommends Personal is very friendly, atmosphere and interior as well! We will definitely come back

My wife loves Buco Pizzeria and Vino Bar. I think she has tried every item on their menu and has quite a few favourites. We have been here for lunch/ dinner as well a few times and are extremely happy with the food and the service. They are usually very busy on weekends. Definitely recommend.

First time visiting. My brother and his girlfriend come regularly and I can see why. I was immediately impressed when I walked in the door. The place has sort of an upscale but cozy vibe. It's a nice, clean, open-concept space, and I love that you can see the wood-fired oven they use for making their pizza. We had the Arancini and Italian Sausage to start. Both were absolutely delicious. And then we ordered the Carne and Pollo pizza for our mains. That was some of the best pizza I've ever had. The dough was light and soft with a slightly crispy bite, and it came with a generous amount of cheese and flavorful toppings. The service was excellent from start to finish as well. I will be back again for sure.

We have been celebrating my birthday today, atmosphere and service is really good, beginning from the entrance to the restaurant with a manager and servers, to the different drinks, all dishes were delicious, thanks guys!!!!was amazing dinner!
